Had a great experience spending New Year's at a ski hotel close to the slopes, with friendly staff and a warm atmosphere. The rental shop fit my skis and boots well, and the proximity to the lifts made it easy to hit the ski park. The shared bath was a treat after a long day out in the snow.

The pillows were not the most comfortable, and it was a bit annoying being charged for lockers. the wifi was slow, and the breakfast could have had more variety.

The hotel's proximity to the ski lift makes it convenient for skiers and snowboarders. the staff is friendly and accommodating. the rooms are reasonably comfortable with good heating and bedding. the shared bath is a decent size and provides a relaxing post-slope soak.

The Wi-Fi network is weak and often fails to serve a large number of users.

Likes: This hotel is in a prime location for skiing/snowboarding. the rental shop and ski lifts are within easy walking distance. the room was cozy and comfortable, perfect for the winter weather. the breakfast selection was delicious and had plenty of options to choose from.

Limited facilities, outdated game room, and slow wifi connection. Dislikes: the hotel is lacking in facilities.

The hotel staff were amazing, some could speak English and were very accommodating. We loved the convenient location, with ski hire shops and convenience stores right outside the hotel. The facilities like sauna, shower and onsen area were fantastic. The hotel provides a safe in every room and the heater was excellent, keeping us warm and cozy even during a blizzard. We also opted for the Japanese breakfast and dinner package and highly recommend it.
